Reserving your apartment is a straightforward process:

2. Click “Reserve” and complete the form with your details - All information held by our system is strictly confidential.

3. Our sales team will then be in touch regarding finalising your reservation and any further steps within 24-48hrs.

Yes. A reservation fee of $15,000 USD is required to secure your chosen apartment. This amount will be credited toward your apartment purchase and is subject to the terms of the Reservation Agreement.

1. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive detailed information about your selected apartment residence as well as a Sales and Purchase Agreement.

2. You will receive a complimentery Plymouth Peninsula welcome pack, shipped to your location.

3. You’ll also receive a personal call from Cove Bay Developments CEO - Herman Morgan

4. A representative will then guide you through the next stages of the process and keep you updated as the development progresses.
