When can I expect to receive/collect the vehicle?
Once purchasers have fully paid for their apartment residence and handover is completed, they can collect their vehicle from a designated dealership in Trinidad and Tobago.

The amenities in both residential buildings are exclusive to residents and visitors staying at Plymouth Peninsula Residences.

Oceanside North amenities (Spa and fitness suite, pool, cinema, library, courtyard lounge) are 9,848 sq.ft.
Oceanside South amenities (Restaurant, roof café & lounge, function room) are 5,487 sq.ft.
The Beach Club is 10,329 sq.ft.
How do I book the amenities?
Bookings will be made via a dedicated Plymouth Peninsula Estate app or through the estate concierge.
How many does the cinema seat?
The cinema seats approx. 18 people.

The swimming pool is 13.5m long, 4.1m wide and 1,2m deep.
